The output of this is not a rating. It is a conditional: which systems he starts in, which he can play in, and which he cannot — plus the evidence that would change your mind. The form is built to stop you skipping the step everyone skips.
Level and system matter as much as the name — every number you are handed was produced inside them.
For every claim you are about to make, write down what else would produce exactly this evidence. Then name the matches where those explanations disagree — and go watch those. Anything else is confirmation.
Tick each one you have actually accounted for. An unticked box is not a failure — it is a known gap, and it belongs in the report.
Behaviours, not outcomes. These are the things a highlight reel cannot show you, and the reason you watch three full matches instead of thirty clips.
Conditional, in the language a sporting director actually uses. "How good is he" is not a question you can answer; "which systems does he start in" is.
